What we do

We bring your data together, set the standards, and give you numbers you can base decisions on.

Readiness check

What you'll owe, and what to fix first.

  • Where you're obligated, and from when
  • A fee estimate from your own data, with the gaps to fix
  • A 12-month plan, summarised on one page for your board

About two weeks

Scheme design

A producer organisation set up on terms you can work with.

  • What France, the Netherlands and Latvia learned, including what went wrong
  • Options for governance and fee setting, ready for your board
  • Workshops, or hands-on work alongside your team

Where the material goes

Know where collected textiles end up, and be able to show it.

  • A map of material flows and buyers
  • An assessment of sorting options and partners
  • Records that show where each lot went

Why now

Extended producer responsibility (EPR) means retailers pay for what happens to the textiles they sell once they're thrown away.

  1. April 2028

Every EU country must have a scheme running.

  2. 17 June 2027

Estonia's law is planned to take effect. It covers online sellers based abroad.

  3. Fees follow durability

Short-lived products will pay more than ones that last.

Products that last pay less. Good data is how you show it.

How we work

  1. 1

An intro call, about an hour

We map where you are and what the problem is, and agree the scope together.

  2. 2

    A fixed proposal

What we'll do, what you'll get and what it costs, agreed before we start.

  3. 3

    Delivery

The readiness check takes about two weeks. Larger work is planned with you.

You work with both of us directly. We manage the work, so you don't have to chase us.

What you can hold us to

We always

  • Tell you what's changing before it lands.
  • Work on your data, so the numbers you declare hold up.
  • Say so when we can't help.

We never

  • Call it circularity when the evidence doesn't support it.
  • Sell your data.
  • Leave you hanging.

Who we are

Two people. You work with both of us.

Questions

Does this apply to us?

If you sell clothing or home textiles in Estonia, almost certainly, including online from abroad. The details aren't final. An intro call is usually enough to tell.

What do you need from us?

A product export (messy is fine), 12 months of sales volumes, and about an hour a week of one person's time.

What does it cost?

The readiness check has a fixed price. Larger work is scoped with you, and you get a fixed price before anything starts.

Do you work outside Estonia?

Estonia first, the Baltics next. For other EU countries, we'll tell you whether we're the right people.

Do you cover footwear?

Footwear is in the law. Talk to us about what you sell.
